Report an error
If something we have published is wrong, we want to fix it — quickly, publicly, and with a date on it.
If you are the subject of a risk rating, this is your right of reply. Send us your response and we will publish it in full, alongside the rating, unedited. We will also re-run the assessment against any new evidence you provide. This is not a favour; a rating that cannot be answered is not one we should be publishing.
What to send us
Please include:
- The exact page URL.
- The specific statement you say is wrong — quoted.
- What the correct position is.
- Evidence: a transaction hash, a contract address, a register entry, a court document, a company filing.
- Whether you want your response published alongside the item.
Evidence beats assertion. On-chain claims are settled by on-chain data, and we will check it.
What we will do
- Acknowledge your message.
- Check the claim against primary sources.
- If we are wrong, correct the page, mark it as corrected, and log the correction publicly with the date.
- If we stand by the item, tell you why — and still publish your response next to it if you want us to.
- Where a risk score is affected, re-run it and preserve both the old and new snapshots. We never quietly rewrite history; the archive is the point.
