Editorial standards

Every factual claim on a law page cites a primary source — the regulator, the legislature or the tax authority — and carries the date we last reviewed it. Incident case files cite court filings, regulator releases, liquidator reports or major-outlet reporting. If we cannot source it, we do not publish it. An empty page is better than a wrong one.

Market data and on-chain risk signals are gathered automatically. Analysis is drafted with AI assistance and checked by a person. No token may be published on the Coin Radar without clearing a hard newsworthiness threshold and passing human review, and no High risk rating publishes without a person signing it off. An algorithm cannot hold an opinion honestly, which matters both editorially and legally.

We correct errors in place, mark the page as corrected, and log the correction with a date. Risk scores are never quietly rewritten: every recomputation is preserved as an immutable snapshot, so the record of what we said, and when, remains checkable. Anyone we have written about may exercise a right of reply, and we publish responses in full.
